Get ready for the biggest event of the year!  The 2025 DAGS Fall Forum will be held on Thursday, October 23rd at Lakepointe Church East Dallas (same beautiful location as last year).  This year's event - The Journey of Aging: A Path to a Healthier Tomorrow will be open to Social Workers, Nurses, Care Managers, and other Caring Professionals as well as to the General Public.

Registration for the DAGS Fall Forum includes CE Credit, Annual DAGS Membership, Resources, Lunch & Snacks & opportunities to network with representatives from area agencies and organizations, and senior care professionals.

All proceeds from this event fund Academic Scholarships for students pursuing careers in Aging-related fields.  Scholarship awardees will be announced during the Fall Forum.
